Dr. Mais enjoys a fairly active lifestyle, heavily centered around Weightlifting (stregnth), Netball (cardio) and Yoga (mobility). She adopts this primarily biomechanical approach to assessment and treatment, and seeks to empower her patients to understand their own body and to recognize how they experience the world through it. Her treatments are designed to promote fluidity of movement and to optimize joint position and function, but the onus is on you to connect with your body and your environment.
