Dr. Golda Mais holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, and a Bachelor of Physical Education and Health from the University of Toronto. Her treatments include any combination of Myofascial Release techniques, Clinical AcupunctureModern Cupping Therapy, Laser therapy, joint manipulations and mobilizations.

When not in clinic, Dr. Mais generally spends her time on various athletic pursuits. Often in the gym for the better part of the last 15 years, she has recently taken up competitive Weightlifting as her primary athletic challenge. Pairing her passion for chiropractic and weightlifting allows her a unique vantage point for approaching various exercises and attempting to identify optimal mechanics for safe execution of various common exercises. She adopts this primarily biomechanical approach to assessment and treatment, and seeks to empower her patients to understand their own body and to recognize how they experience the world through it. Her treatments are designed to promote fluidity of movement and to optimize joint position and function, but the onus is on you to connect with your body and your environment.

Dr. Victoria Sharko

Originally from Ontario, Dr. Victoria Sharko spent 5 years out East receiving her Bachelor of Science in Biology and working at a retirement living facility before returning to Toronto. Dr. Sharko now holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Treatments with Dr. Sharko may include a combination of soft tissue therapy, clinical acupuncture, modern cupping therapy, laser therapy, joint manipulations and mobilizations, and activator technique. Her approach encompasses a total body view of health from physical to mental well-being with the goal of helping her patients understand their body and the conditions they present with.

Dr. Sharko has a special interest in yoga and inferno hot pilates and can be found frequently enjoying classes as she works through her pilates teacher training. In her spare time, she also partakes in bouldering, hiking, and four-wheeling. When she is not being active, she can be found enjoying a multitude of different novels and spending time with her cat “Ace”.
