Camille Lloyd, MSW, RSW, is a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapist, Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist, and Sound Practitioner specializing in complex trauma, PTSD, developmental trauma, attachment-related injuries, and nervous system regulation. She uses a trauma-informed, phase-oriented approach focused on stabilization, processing, and integration to support safe and effective recovery. Camille integrates EMDR, EMDR Sandtray, somatic therapy, IFS-informed parts work, mindfulness, and polyvagal-informed interventions within her clinical practice.
Her approach is relational, developmentally informed, and focused on supporting emotional regulation, resilience, and recovery from trauma-related symptoms. Her practice also incorporates Yoga Nidra, breathwork, sound-based practices, and Yin Yoga-informed approaches to support stress reduction, sleep, and nervous system regulation. Camille is currently pursuing certification in Yoga Therapy to further deepen her integrative trauma-informed practice. Camille works with individuals experiencing PTSD, Complex PTSD, structural dissociation, medical trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, and attachment-related difficulties. She also supports adults navigating major life transitions, chronic stress, and women’s mental health concerns related to perimenopause and menopause.
Camille’s compassionate and culturally responsive approach focuses on helping clients improve emotional regulation, strengthen coping strategies, process unresolved trauma, and enhance overall psychological well-being.
